vanity mirrordining option
The location is superb with many dining options nearby. The room included an iron and a vanity mirror with lights. I found this particularly helpful. There was also Netflix available in the room.
There was a small gap between the window and the frame allowing some traffic noise to enter.

The room was clean. the cleaning service came every day. our room faced away from the main street. It was wonderfully quiet. the proximity to the overground and bus station was quite convenient.
the air conditioning did not quite meet expectations.

the room had three beds and separate kitchen facilities. access to public transport was good! also, the staff were helpful and the housekeepers even folded our pyjamas, that was a nice touch.
the shower door was broken! and the room felt a bit cold, though it warmed up quickly with the air con. i also noticed that the curtains didn't fully cover the window, a bit annoying.

the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. i received a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room.. this included a kitchen with a washing machine. i found this especially helpful.
the window in my room had a small gap, letting in some outside noise.
